Returns

Please ensure you select your items carefully as we do not exchange for change of mind. General wear and tear or any damage resulting from carelessness after purchase is not covered. We will only exchange/replace your purchase (not including freight) should your item be faulty.  You must contact us prior to returning any goods. Should your goods be faulty, please enclose a copy of your purchase and return with your faulty item within 7 days.

For health and hygiene reasons, we have a no return policy on earrings and headpieces as well as goods which appear to have been worn or laundered.

All postage and handling fees on return orders shall be at the customer’s expense
